Refund policy

At Grē line, we want you to love what you receive. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@grelinesilver.com. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
